July 12, 19, 26                 Sundays  10am - 11:30am  

March 9, 16, 23                Sundays 1pm- 2:30pm 

Class fee:  $175/child*

*Siblings: $50/ea.

At least one parent required.  Siblings are highly encouraged to attend this class together. 

Open to ages 3-10

No athletic background is necessary for participation in the W.I.S.E. or KIDS Matter! programs. 

The courses are designed so that everyone learns to defend their lives with the physical abilities that they have.

Clothing appropriate for class:

Comfortable pants/shirt to work out in.  Shoes should have a full heel (not backless or slip-ons).

Hair can be pulled back or left down.

Optional:

Women who want to come to class in professional attire are encouraged to do so.  This will provide the opportunity to practice skills in constrictive clothing and dress shoes.
